Edit: New photo with better lighting and background.
Alyx Prance and Gordon Freemane.
I don't know, man. I felt pretty crazy working on this pair of customs. But all the work and doubts of my sanity was worth it in the end; I'm happy with how they turned out and excited to display them on my pony shelf--along with Chell pony! [link]
Gordon was originally a Rarity (!) modified with Apoxie sculpt and nylon hair from Dollyhair.com. Alyx was a Sunny Rays, rehaired with doll-grade kanekalon, also from Dollyhair. They have both been hand-painted by me in acrylics.
My Little Pony belongs to Hasbro. Half-Life belongs to Valve.
Aw, thank you so much for saying that. Some of the nastiest comments I've ever gotten were left on these guys, but now you've left one of the nicest comments ever. Thanks!
(And I'll just throw this out there: I don't plan to start charging souls any time soon, but I do take commissions. )
You know, there is a world of difference between constructively criticizing something and just saying things to be cruel. If you don't like these, that's fine. It's your right to have an opinion. But no one is forcing you to look at it or like it. Keep it to yourself.
If a single piece of fanart could "ruin" a years-old franchise, the internet would have destroyed every movie, game, and TV show ever. You are entitled to your opinion, but I don't see why you feel the need to post it, knowing that it sounds cruel.
Clearly I love the game too, or I wouldn't have put hours of effort into this. You love the game in a different way than I do, and that's fine, but there is no need to be hurtful about it.
